We provide a superb working environment. Employees enjoy three bonuses a year and annual health checkups. The Company has established a Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy, in order to prevent and handle workplace sexual harassment, to maintain gender equality and personal dignity, and to create a workplace that is friendly to employees. The Company also promotes education to help employees recognize frequently-seen discriminatory behaviors that can occur in the workplace, in order to enhance employees' awareness of human rights.

Labor Safety & Health Management

We work hard to prevent occupational hazards and ensure employee safety & health in all the Company's locations, whether they be offices, repair garages, inspection facilities, warehouses, or fuel stations. In accordance with our Health & Safety Management Policy, and in compliance with legally mandated requirements, we effectively implement a variety of basic safety measures to prevent accidents and guarantee people's rights related to applicable locations.

Promoting Employee Health

People are a major resource for Shan-Loong. To protect our employees' health, we give annual health checkups (including both general and specialized exams). In order to prevent any hazards that employees may be exposed to in the workplace, we implement better-than-legally-mandated pre-departure driver intoxication tests, blood pressure exams, workplace monitoring, and preventive education & training. These all serve as a reference for improving people and the environment alike, and help reach our goal of preventing hazards.
